Mike was the brother to Mitchell Cain and the son of James Cain. Mike was famous for building oyster boats, Gritwater Boat Works. He had heart trouble and was due for surgery in 2021 after I left to come back home. The first thing I did when I arrived on April 17th was to go by his house and check on him, the news was not good. He raised poodles and loved his dogs, I got to photograph him one day with all his dogs, what fun trying to wrangle about a dozen dogs!
